All descriptions of products on this website are intended to be as accurate as possible. Products are subject to continued improvement and change and sometimes a manufacturer will alter a product slightly without advising us. This means that products received may not be exactly as ordered. As such, all images on this site are for illustration only. If unsure, please contact us before ordering. If we are aware of any discrepancy between our website product details and the actual details, we will notify you before shipping and give the option to cancel the order.
We try to ensure that good stock availability of all products is maintained. However, some goods may sell faster than we predict. If the item you have ordered is not in stock, we will do our best to get it for you as quickly as possible. If we cannot get the item, we will cancel your order immediately and let you know by email. If we can get the item, but cannot deliver it to you within our delivery policy, we will email you with the option to cancel your order.
We will ensure your items are carefully packaged and arrive safely and quickly. We keep the majority of all items listed on our web site in stock and try our best to get all orders dispatched on the day we received them. If you place your order before 3pm we should be able to get items dispatched to you the same day. We send all smaller items to UK addresses by first class post. All overseas items will be sent via UPS, we will forward to you tracking information upon dispatch, please ensure that all delivery details are correct, as additional charges will be incurred if packages are returned to us.
Returns and Exchanges
We are happy to accept any stock items for exchange or refund within 7 days of receipt of goods, provided the item is returned unused, in its original packaging and with each manufacturer’s tags still attached.
Non-stock/specially ordered items may not be returned unless specifically agreed by ourselves beforehand. All returned items ordered in error will be subject to a minimum 20% handling charge.
Non Deliveries and Damaged Items
All items not received must be notified to us in writing within 7 days to enable us to make enquiries and register a claim with the carrier. Items reported after that time cannot be refunded.
Items damaged on arrival must be reported in writing within 48 hours of receipt.
Customs Duty & Items returned from overseas
We cannot be held responsible for local import duties or taxes, which may be chargeable in your country.
Goods returned from overseas must be marked clearly with “Returned Goods of UK origin” to allow UK Customs clearance. We will not accept any goods returned to us which have incurred Customs charges. Goods which have incurred charges will be refused.
